Description

This subdivision in Germantown consists of two separate Phases. Phase I Lots are an extension of the Woodland Pond subdivision by extending Forest Hill Drive. Phase II is on the other side of a wooded wetland and accessed from Elm Lane on the south and the new Top Leaf development on the west. Phase I will be a part of the Woodland Pond HOA, and will use their covenants.
